Negative: No basic toiletries, no toothbrush/toothpaste Aircon was so hot. Even though we called for their attention, they will just say... its centralized!! The aircon temperature is 24- 26 °C or 77°F Super hot!! I was surprised it was a 5 star hotel.

Negative: Facing toward the sun, the rooms had to be cooled down with the AC, which was set for 25+ °C in June. Had to wake up as the room was getting like a sauna at 6:30am.
