Positive: Location is spot on, love the all coffee bar, very good staff
Negative: They had a cooler but it weather was too hot outside and didnt have a fan when asked for. Regardless we still enjoyed our stay. Fan would have made it slightly better.

Positive: Loved the location. It was very close to Interlaken OST station so going anywhere was very convenient. We got the corner room so it had the main street view as well as the Koi pond view. We also had dinner at the Taverne one night and the food was outstanding.
Negative: Loved everything.

Positive: Great rooms with air conditioning. Very clean and well appointed. Car parking was a real bonus.
Negative: The breakfast was very average compared to similar hotels. The staff at breakfast were not as good as the reception team
