Positive: Lovely family run small villa clean with a home cooked breakfast every morning and nothing was a bother ie wake you up at 0230 to make sure your in time for your flight and the taxi they book and know the driver ( pre pay $34 cash same price as uber they will also arrange airport pick up so pls use this service it’s great) and insisted on carrying your bags up steps etc the family made us early breakfast 3 days in a row as we were booked into early am all day tours, nothing was a problem or too hard and they order in dinner from a menu with “drinks” in evening and deliver to your room or eat in downstairs dining area - there is a bit of road noise during peak hours but nothing a pair of earplugs can’t resolve ( we had same in ibis in Europe so not an issue) - highly recommend the accom we were so well looked after and nothing google translate couldn’t sort out 🤗❤️ps great central location

Positive: Lovely bath, comfy bed, friendly staff. Did have an issue but they resolved it which is the important thing.
Negative: Could've been a bit cleaner round the edges in the bathroom. Lacked a little finesse round the edges (things like a towel rail or hooks needed so you don't have to hang towels round the bed). But that's judged purely based on it being more than a budget option so judged more harshly!

Positive: Staff, especially, Jennifer and Daniel, is very very helpful. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Our room was quite unique that the sleeping area and the bathroom were at different levels. There was a huge hot tub which we didn’t use. Location is excellent, close to La Marsical and the Historic Center. Our flight back was at midnight, the staff allowed a late checkout at 7 pm. Thanks.
Negative: It is not a 4 star hotel as advertised on Booking.com. Breakfast was just ok.
