Summary: The staff was rude and not helpful. We had two rooms and one was fine but the other ac didn’t work well and staff was not helpful. The elevator was not reliable. There were extra charge to check in early although our room was ready. You also had to pay for pool towels…

Summary: We had stayed in Vietri Sul Mar for a few days. We were looking for a hotel close to the Rome FCO airport because we needed to be at the airport at 4:00AM. I found this hotel on Hotels.com and thought it looked perfect for what we needed. It was beautiful! We had a junior suite that was uniquely shaped with a bed in the main part with a partitioned wall that led to the main bedroom. The restaurant service was impeccable. The chef’s choice for appetizers included tapas portions of various dishes. We each had a first course that was equally fantastic. We were full after that. The pool was very nice. We had a great conversation with other guests. Everyone was very friendly. The pool was beautiful at night. The atmosphere couldn’t have been any better. The drive to the airport only took about 10 minutes. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Summary: Overall, very nice hotel. Rooms were very clean. However, the room was very warm. The staff did provide a fan upon request which helped a little. Close to the airport, which was very convenient. The pool closed at seven, which was disappointing because it was one of the reasons we chose the hotel so that the kids could swim.

Summary: Older hotel near the airport with dated rooms but there is a nice pool area and they serve a good quality dinner. But the included breakfast is rather mediocre. We picked this hotel fof the pool because we are traveling with a kid and they offer a convenient airport shuttle.

Summary: The hotel was very nice. The rooms were very clean, spacious and full of amenities. The restaurant was OK. It was nothing fabulous. The shuttle to the airport is easy to get to and convenient.
