Negative: Dated. Paint chipped off walls. Shower grout mildew/mold. One bathroom light not working. A little dingy

Positive: The staff was outstanding! They were very helpful and friendly. Maintenance was prompt, thorough, and friendly! Our a/c wasn't working, and the front desk immediately had maintenance there. He fixed the issue quickly and was very kind. The bar/restaurant staff was the absolute best. Eric and Carmen were a great team, and I had a blast. The food was delicious as well.
Negative: My only issue is the shuttle service you advertise. It should state that availability is contingent upon the flight crew. I spent $100 on Uber because the shuttle was never "available." I needed to get to and from Cornell's campus and was told it wasn't available, but it was just sitting there. I chose this location because of the shuttle access. Either create an hourly schedule or just say it's for the flight crew.

Negative: The AC didn’t work properly. In middle of the night it automatically went from 70F to 53F. Blowing loud cold air. Did this twice—I kept correcting. Also a pound sound like howling wind came from the AC areas They gave us the tiniest bottle of shampoo For one person/single use! And they charge over $300/nite. Breakfast was good but not included. Also pricey

Negative: Room had a terrible mildew smell emanating front vents. Awful.
Summary: Not staying there again. For $500 a night I shouldn't have to listen to elevators and smell mildew!

Negative: When I got back to my big room I have found the curtains on the ground as the railing gave up and unscrewed themselves. Luckily they managed to find a smaller room but I was not reimbursed for the difference in cost as they claimed the rooms were the same size even if they clearly were not the same size
