Summary: We specifically booked this hotel because it had a pool, and when we arrived, we were told the pool was broken. That was extremely disappointing, as the pool was the main reason we chose this property in the first place. Had we known it wasn’t operational, we would have booked another hotel for the same price — one with a working pool. To make matters worse, the woman at the reception desk when we checked in was very rude and unwelcoming. After a long day of travel, that was the last thing we expected. Customer service sets the tone for a stay, and unfortunately, this started things off poorly. The overall condition of the hotel was unacceptable for the price we paid. The room felt dirty, and common areas were not maintained properly. The coffee station in the morning was filthy, and the garbage looked like it hadn’t been taken out in days. For what we were charged, it was honestly disgusting. I will say that the reception woman in the morning was very kind and did take $50 off the room, which we appreciated. However, even with that adjustment, we still could have stayed elsewhere for the same price and had a clean hotel with a functioning pool. I have photos documenting the condition of the property. Very disappointing experience overall.

Summary: Room was in need of renovation. No carpeted floor in the room was a bit strange. Lighting in room was poor. On the positive side, the bar was very nice and cozy, friendly bartender.

Summary: Staff was amazing, room was partially clean however a lot of scuff marks on the baseboards and lower wall areas, questionable spots on the wall areas in the bathroom, lack luster availability to amenities due to a "main breakage" so no pool, key cards needed replaced/reprogramed, vending machine on 4th floor lacked, broken/questionable elevators, visible water damage in parts of the hotel ceiling, the lobby was a icebox (no heat), God awful feces smell in hallway leading to the elevators assuming due to the main breakage.

Summary: The room and amenities were very nice. There was a problem with the parking garage though that was very frustrating. The remote system was not working despite having a validated ticket and since there was no attendant in the booth it was very frustrating to get the problem resolved. This problem needs to be resolved!!!

Summary: The hvac in the room was extremely loud and inconsistent. Mini fridge was loud. No microwave. Light in shower was like a nightlight and made it very hard to see in the shower. Lobby was extremely cold. No coffee at the coffee station and the one time there was it was lukewarm and burnt. Will be removing this one from my list of places to stay when visiting.

Summary: Room wasn't ready and I arrived 1.5 hours after check-in. There was no shampoo in the shower - not something you check ahead of showering.
