Summary: The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The location was wonderful, the room was clean and spacious, and breakfast was great with lots of options. It was totally worth the 17 euros we paid for it. We had a small issue where the heater was making noises the entire night on our first night. We asked if it could be fixed the next morning and were promptly moved to another room. No other issues at all. We even asked if they had sister properties in other cities, which they do. We will definitely consider those next time we travel. Loved our stay there!

Summary: Very comfortable, modern hotel offering all facilities that you would expect. The room was a good size and had a comfortable bed, good wifi, large TV, tea-making facilities and an excellent bathroom. Its location, near the central station and within walking distance of the main shopping district and plenty of restaurants, was perfect.

Summary: The staff is great, but the towels of the bathroom for shower are ridiculous small and no minibar in the room was disappointing. For a 4 stars hotel, i would expect at least a coffee machine in the room, not soluble coffe.

Summary: Very convenient location. Super close to the Antwerp Train Station. Shopping stores and food options are within minutes away, around the corner. Room is spacious. Bathroom is spacious. Front reception girls were super friendly. I liked how I could leave my luggage prior to check-in & after check-out. Clean hotel. I’d stay again.
