Summary: The owners were very friendly and knowledgeable. We ate in the hotel for an evening meal and the food was exceptional.

Summary: Very quaint Hotel. Full of Swiss charm. Very clean and friendly staff. Nice continental breakfast. Reasonable price. No complaints, I would stay there again.

Summary: i was injured and the hotel staff were so helpful. the food is amazing. the bedding smells like sunshine. it is close to lots of hiking trails and right next to the train station. will be back.

Summary: The staff was very accommodating. The 136 year old hotel was magnificent. I believe it is the Swiss tradition to make you happy! If you are wanting to vacation in this area I would recommend staying here!

Summary: Absolutely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The owners are super friendly and so kind and attentive. The food was amazing and home cooked … delicious.. happily catered for my food intolerances , which was wonderful. Great breakfast too. Location … wow … gorgeous, with the added benefit of seeing the Glacier Express pass by ! Fully recommend this hotel .

Summary: Excellent. Visited in the quiet season so there were some Reno's going on but I hardly noticed. Owners were lovely and the room was clean and very cute. Had a wonderful time.
