Positive: Friendly helpful staff, especially Maripaz Moral, comfortable beds, good air-conditioning.
Negative: Lift doors at 90 degrees to each other made getting my wife's mobility scooter out very difficult. We are pleased to have been offered a room on the ground floor for our return visit on 31 July. Only snack food available in the bar/restaurant in the evening.
