Positive: Cute hotel only 5-10 minutes walk from town.

Negative: Not sure if our room shared a water heater with the flat next door. We didn't have hot water one day. It wasn't too cold so it was ok.

Positive: Cute design that matches the artsy vibe of the town. Good location within easy walking distance of downtown. The staff were kind. I recommend bringing your own toothbrushes. Although their guidebook suggests calling the front desk if you forget them, they may not always have enough supplies available.

Negative: The cleaning wasn’t thorough. There was stringy dust around the lights and door frames, and something coming out of the shower head holes. The walls were so thin that we could hear our neighbors sneezing, yawning, and talking clearly. Luckily, the couple next to our room was very quiet.

Positive: I liked the aesthetics of the room. The decor was good.

Negative: There were several issues with this stay: 1) The parking was inadequate because they property did not clean the snow. 2) The bathroom light was blown and the living room was poorly lit.

Summary: I had to leave this property with an hour of being there and got a full refund.

Positive: Loved the decor and vibes. There was nothing else we needed. All the little details were well planned. Online instructions and manuel

Negative: Flat 1&2 could not find parking spot sign but messaged and was not a problem to use a different spot for our stay.

Positive: Good location and lovely room with a kitchen so we were able to have some meals and snacks easily and more cost effectively. They even allowed us to check in early which was convenient.

Negative: We were a group and had 2 vehicles as we drove from multiple locations. The limited parking available and in surrounding areas would have been a huge issue had we not been able to squeeze our 2 cars into the 1 allotted space. The room was tidy but quite dusty, and although coffee was to be part of the freely available amenities, we only had enough for 1 pot. Also the kettle was broken. Text messages to the hotel management team went unacknowledged.

Summary: We had fun, with just a few snags.
