Positive: The "old world charm" was refreshing. The room was exquisite, lhigh ceilings and large, which is hard to come by in Europe. The staff was extremely accommodating. The best location, close to all and pubic transport. The breakfast was superb, with a great variety. We will be coming back to Vienna and to this hotel.
Negative: Everything was top notch !!!
Summary: Best location, unique and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was amazing !!!

Positive: The Hotel was wonderful. We had a Junior Suite room and loved the extra space. The bathroom was impressively large and clean. Very comfortable bed and storage space was good too. It was easy to get the CAT train from the airport to Wien Mitte and walk along from there to the hotel. The location was really good, easy to get to everything, whether walking, trams, buses or underground. Although centrally located, it was not noisy. A good selection of restaurants were nearby. The breakfasts were excellent, cooked plus all the self serve options and available for a long time each morning. All the staff were very friendly and helpful in suggestions for our stay.
Negative: Nothing - all good.
Summary: Very friendly hotel with a more personal feel. Great location. Would certainly stay here again.

Positive: The room was at the back of the hotel and very quiet. The bed was comfy and there was a sofa, plenty of storage space and a good sized bathroom. Everything was spotless. Breakfast offered a good assortment of bread, pastries,cold meats and veg, fruit and egg dishes. The position was great. 5 minutes to the Cathedral, about 15 to the Opera house and lots of restaurants within a 10/15 minute walk. Also a comfortable lounge bar.
Negative: Nothing. All great.

Negative: Mine was an early arrival. It would have been nice(r) if I could access the room a bit earlier but it is nothing I can hold against the hotel.
