Positive: Excellent service by nearly all the staff (besides the older lady at breakfast)

Negative: The 0.1L glasses at breakfast are mandatory because the guests are only supposed to drink orange juice as a side drink, not against thirst. I asked for a bigger glass, they wanted me to charge extra for it. Very bad service.
