Negative: Appalling Service and Unprofessional Threats – Avoid This Hotel! The staff here are beyond a joke. During check-in, I clearly stated the number of guests. However, the next day, without any prior communication or explanation, I was abruptly told I had to pay extra. Instead of explaining the discrepancy between the booking and actual occupancy, they immediately threatened to call the police if I didn't pay on the spot. What’s even more ridiculous is that their manager believed threatening guests was a "normal" way to handle the situation. Any professional establishment should resolve issues through clear communication, not by jumping straight to "pay up or we’ll have you arrested." The lack of professionalism is mind-blowing. Instead of admitting their poor attitude, the team kept making excuses. It was a complete farce. If you value being treated with basic respect, stay elsewhere.

Positive: Everyone was very friendly and smiling!!! The breakfast was modest, but everything was fresh, tasty and hearty. The room is cozy and in a beautiful style.

Negative: There was only one key for two. When we arrived there was fog and the lake and mountains were not visible 😉
