Summary: We loved our stay here. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and the room was beautiful. The entire hotel maintains a sort of romantic vintage feeling but has completely updated bathrooms and every sort of modern amenity one could need. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Karuizawa.

Summary: Really enjoyed the experience at the hotel: located in an exclusive area. The staffs are very attentive. The breakfast is amazing and the service is top notch. It is near Kumoba pond. The scenery is mesmerizing.

Summary: An excellent hotel in the middle of the forest next top a golf course. Nice and quiet surrounding. Shops around 10 min walk, taxi to train station around 1100 JPY. Excellent service both in reception and in the restaurant. Special mention of Momoko Obinata in the main restaurant.
