Positive: It is very close to the station and also walking distance to other parks/ points of interest. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean.
Negative: My first night, I had trouble connecting to the wifi from my room on the top floor. After talking to the staff the next morning, I was moved to the 5th floor and it worked perfectly. The staff were helpful, but wifi might be spotty depending on the room.

Positive: Staff were extremely helpful with our queries despite the language barrier. Room design is very thoughtful with little alcoves available to place phones and other small items.
Negative: No instructions on how to use the aircon. We figured it out after awhile but the aircon was not able to keep us comfortably warm nonetheless.
Summary: A very good and comfortable stay for a business hotel.

Positive: Lovely room, plenty of space for luggage & very modern. We stayed in building 2. Laundry was a bonus & quick too. Good location, easy walk to Castle & downtown. Tram stop to Doso Onsen just ip the road. Would stay here again. Breakfast was good, not too much & staff were all Lovely.
Negative: Nothing not to like.
Summary: Great location, nice rooms. Friendly helpful staff.

Positive: A clean bed, breakfast and basic amenities expected of a standard Japanese business hotel. I had to travel in and out of Matsuyama with heavy luggage so the proximity to the JR station is very much appreciated.
Negative: My room barely met basic cleaning standards - I do not mean it wasn't cleaned (daily housekeeping did their work and sheets and towels were changed promptly on request) The room itself has a moisture problem and there are black and white mold growing in the corners. The ventilator also doesn't seem to work well and the unit bath stays wet for a very long time. The carpet also feels wet and I had to keep my socks on.
Summary: Good for the price. The room needs some major work though...
