Positive: The young woman who was assisting was very organised and made the stay easy. The place is simple, but simple in a great way. It has everything you could need. Parking was free and good. The room was immaculate and clean. Breakfast was nice and personal.

Negative: It’s simple, if your on a first date skip. Whilst there is a bar and restaurant next door, more atmosphere can be found in the towns. If you want to be really close to Gernika or Mundaka without the high pricing . This is your place

Positive: The location was secluded enough to be out of town but close enough to the Camino. The restaurant Nextdoor was fantastic. The room was the right size for what I needed. The air condo was a treat after a few nights in hostels.

Positive: Room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Manager was extremely helpful and hospitable. Location was a short bike ride from Gernika-Lomo on a cycle path. Food in the associated restaurant was excellent, and good value for money.

Positive: Very friendly and helpful staff. Facility was well maintained and room was clean. Restaurant next door offered good food at a moderate price.

Negative: Room was a bit small and facility doesn’t really have a safe/ secure parking area for motorcycles. The receptionist helped me park the motorcycle right in front of my room so that I could keep an eye on it through the window.

Summary: Good place overall at a fair price with very friendly staff.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and speaks English, which makes the whole experience even smoother and more welcoming.
