Positive: Friendly staff, everything was clean, and good atmosphere. The kitchen staff was extra helpful when it came to our dietary needs.

Negative: We found it unnecessary to charge extra for using the pools a few hours before or after our “official” stay.

Positive: We did like the professionalism of the staff, the versatility of the food, and the location of the hotel. The wellness was stylish and exceptional. Extra thanks for the sauna session!

Positive: Amazing place if you want to use their saunas for extraordinary experience. Though the hotel decoration might seem a bit outdated it still offers luxury in size of the rooms and comfort. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable. Good food. Their saunas, pools and other services like sauna and meditation rituals are just top notch. Great place to relax and recharge.

Negative: It would be nice to have a drinking fountain in the sauna and pools. The only water available was through the bar.

Positive: It is a good hotel for a weekend. The staff and food are amazing. There is a program for the children. And the castle is worth to visit.

Negative: The Spa area was cold. Some saunas did not work, making the other saunas crowdy.

Positive: Second night dinner was super, delicious and tasty aswell the breakfasts. The staff is very helpful and polite.

Negative: I was disappointed with the beef stew's texture during my recent visit. The meat was overcooked and tough, detracting from the overall dining experience. For a dish of this caliber, I expected a more tender and succulent quality. There was a door between 2 guest rooms and the neighbours were very loud until 3am. At least we had an extra bed which was useful as an insulation as you can see at the pictures. The other side of the room was a cleaning tool room, so the early morning was very noisy too at 7am. Luckly the staff gave a new room and that was quiet.
