Negative: There was only one physical key to each room, so we had to plan accordingly when one of us needed to leave the room.

Negative: Room location was a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper. If window was open, you could hear a lot of traffic noise.

Positive: The hotel had a pleasant ambiance, being based on old farm buildings.

Negative: Our room was in an added building that had the feel of a motel rather than hotel. We paid for a deluxe room but there was no fridge nor tea/coffee making facilities and the carpet was in a poor condition. We complained to staff at check-in but were told that the facility was under new management and that facilities were being wound back. I questioned why we were charged for a deluxe room but told that there was nothing they could do.

Summary: The property under-delivered on what was expected and paid for.

Positive: Free parking in central location Friendly staff Good breakfast

Negative: Bed matresses very soft , pillows soft and uncomfortable. Shower too hot, no heat adjustment. Shower fittings loose. Very noisy due to wedding party, no consideration toward usual paying guests. Due to also hosting “ events” dinner not served to paying guests as parties and events take priority! Very inconvenient. No lift, no assistance with luggage to top floor. Ok, but not good value for money

Positive: Everything— the location, the rooms, the food (delicious!), and the staff were really kind and accommodating. The owner of the restaurant and or hotel also approached us to see if everything is fine and if we’re satisfied with our stay. It’s a good value for money.

Negative: Nothing. We requested for a quiet room and that’s exactly what we got. We slept so well.

Positive: Vey beautiful place, staying here second time. Walkable distance from Hospital area. Good breakfast and fantastic restaurant for dinner. Comfy rooms.

Negative: I got a room on second floor and had quite a heavy bag to carry upstairs. Elder building but charming.
