Positive: Clean, functional, although a little tired in places. This hotel served our needs perfectly. We stayed just one night, but I'd have still been happy if it was for longer.

Positive: Easy walk from rail station. Communist monument, but interesting for it. Single room had comfortable bed. Good desk space. My room had been recently refreshed, and was decent size for single.

Negative: No real bar. Restaurant large and mainly empty. Handwritten notice in Polish only announced early closing at nine, but by 8.30, everything locked and closed. Many improvements needed for breakfast. Rate for b n b too expensive.

Summary: Living a different time.
