Positive: The Sauna was terrific. The food at the restaurant is first rate delicious.

Negative: The icy paths to the sauna was treacherous, we fell

Positive: The saunas were absolutely incredible - a classic Finnish sauna at the lake and cedar wood sauna floating on a wooden pontoon on the lake itself surrounded by beautiful nature...wow! In general the hotel, cottages and all facilities are located in a super quiet natural spot. The staff very really friendly and food tasty.

Positive: Beautiful location not too far from highway access. As someone “passing through” from Berlin to Vienna, I wanted to stay somewhere peaceful with my 2 dogs. The location was great for me and a beautiful scenic drive to get there. Staff were amazing! I only ate dinner in the restaurant but the meal was great and priced very fairly in my opinion. (23€ for a drink, appetizer and main)

Negative: If you’re staying in the main building, because it is an older timber building, the noise carries a lot. I was over top of the restaurant so i found it to be quite loud especially when they were shutting down for the night and opening up in the morning. In saying this I am 7 months pregnant so my “sleeping hours” are typically 9pm-7am. The noise stopped around 10:30pm and it was pretty quiet aside from the odd person coming or going from their room.

Summary: A great break from the city, amazing staff and amazing value!
