Positive: I really loved that hotel. I was the only one guest at the end of the season but they accepted my reservaition. Their breakfast was my best ever. I can not explain how many different food what they gave me and the view from the restaurant during my breakfast to the Brda Valley it was amazing. The staff was really nice and helpful.

Negative: My only one problem was it was pretty far from the Alpe-Adria Trail which went parallell but further but I could go back and it was easy navigation.

Positive: Outdoor patio seating and view; Quiet neighborhood; Private parking.

Negative: Absurd and expensive request of 30€/day for the dog and this was not notified before arrival (other hotels/b&bs in other towns requested 8/10€ per day); Restaurant was closed and we discovered it upon arrival; Dead Flies and bugs in the halls and stairs; No labels of the breakfast food (what it was, ingredients..); Espresso not included in the breakfast, we had to pay for it and nobody notified us about it beforehand.

Positive: Nice, big room and bathroom. It was clean and bright. Pearson working in a hotel is really nice and he gave us all the information we needed. Breakfast is also ok. The view from the terrace is great! It's very calm.
