Positive: breakfast selection was fine, staff very friendly and attentive, food in the restaurant was very good and so was the service. location was easy to find and close to airport without being at the location of the airport and as such being an airport hotel. liked that as it gives the opportunity to enjoy surrounding nature.

Negative: better description regarding use of key card. missed a gym. entry to the hotel in the back during downtime needs a sign to indicate where the entrance door is.

Negative: obviously they have major “ personnel” problems - no breakfast - no cleaning of room and bath - no coverage at reception for all this I would have expected a fair adjustment of their rate!

Summary: past experience always very good, this time ( see above) disappointing!
