Positive: Very straight forward check in. Quick and clear communication from host. Comfortable and clean room with very good facilities and comfortable beds. As it was a late, unplanned booking and the only shop in the village was already shut, it was lovely to find some pasta and sauce in the room!

Negative: The stairs in the room are really steep and slippery so one needs to be mindful of that. I wish there was a curtain upstairs as the window is nice and wide but there's no blinds.

Positive: Easy stay near Ghottard tunnel for a last minute booking during heavy traffic. Responsive staff . Clean apartment with all you need (inclusive coffee and pasta in our case!! Ahah : )

Negative: Very nice room under the roof with a mezzanine, but not all small roof windows have curtains . You might need a sleeping mask ;)

Positive: You get a code thru booking.com to pick the key. Comfortable room with little kitchen and accessories to cook something and freezer, big space to park motorbike or car

Negative: I did not find towels in the bathroom. I called the staff twice but no reply. Pity

Negative: The windows didn't have curtains. It was so wired. Also the facility didn't have iron, we couldn't iron our clothes. The host was slow in responding to our questions. I had to ask multiple of times a question then he responds. The parking lot instructions were not clear. I wasn't sure that I can park my car Infront of the main door. The towels we're not clean. The apartment didn't have an electric boiling water catyl.

Positive: There is a nice fridge in the room. The shower is nice and very spacious

Negative: It says 'free parking' but there was no space left when I arrived The bedding could be a tad more comfortable

Positive: The room is new and clean. Hot water comes out quickly.

Negative: Good things to have: electric kettle, detergent, sponge, dish towel, hair dryer. Cons: The electric stove is old and one of the two is broken and doesn't work. No need for heating. There was no sign of recent use, so the dishes, glasses, pots, etc. didn't seem to have been washed recently.
