Positive: The hotel is located in an amazing (albeit a bit remote) location, in a valley surrounded by mountains. The room was nice, had everything we needed. Breakfast was rich, with lots of options. The restaurant area is also beautiful, spacious, with large windows overlooking the mountains.

Negative: The water in the pool was a bit cold, not too comfortable to get in, but OK once you got used to it. Also the water in the shower in our room didn't drain properly, we had to turn the water off during the shower, otherwise the water would flood the entire bathroom. The bathrobes provided had seen better days...

Positive: Amazing hotel for travelers in Teth area. It's beautiful, the view from the window is breathtaking. It's a perfect place for relaxation after along hiking day. The beds are extra comfy

Positive: Beautiful location in the the alps! Good customer service, we had to leave early the next morning so they provided us with a big takeaway breakfast! Staff also came up to make the fire for us in our fire place. Food was good

Negative: We thought we had paid through bookings, however we were unable to pay upon booking and when we arrived at the hotel when we made payment the hotel was more than advertised! The hotel looked beautiful but didn’t feel finished. We were kept up all night due to the wind funnelling down the fire place, making the door rattle loudly all night! The sauna was not hot enough, but the steam room was lovely!
