Positive: Excellent location, a lake view, a great breakfast. An opportunity to walk along the Orta lake. Nice and calm place. The restaurant in the hotel is worth to have a dinner.

Negative: The bathroom was a bit dark and old fashioned.

Positive: Location is amazing, lake view and quiet. Very nice to enjoy. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Negative: We were in one flat but had to go to the other due to no heating in our room. When we changed rooms, AC filters were full of dust and dirt and I had to clean them. You could see the dirtiness from the AC while laying in bed. Also, part of the hotel doesn’t have the elevator, so if you’re with the baby and stroller I highly suggest you book the suite. Breakfast is mid/low, nothing special about it.

Summary: Great location, good staff but staff can only do as much.

Positive: Excellent location, magnificent view ( we had a room with a terrace overlooking the lake d Orta. Bed ultra comfy.

Negative: The food was not as good as expected, unfortunately. Breakfast also lacked fresh fruits ( just kiwi, Grapes and pears) and/or a fresh fruit salad. Croissant also lacked crispness and scrambled eggs were tasteless.

Summary: Wonderful spot ( if you add a view ) for an overnight stay
