Summary: It is a nice hotel, just in the downtown, close to everything. Staff is great, always trying to do their best to help you. I would come back.

Summary: Not every room looks like the photos on Expedia, however the reality is just as good. It's a very unique place, just completely delightful and wonderful staff. Great restaurant and staff there as well. I would definitely return.

Summary: Very large room, comfortable bed, ample storage space for clothing etc if it was an extended stay. Central location, beautiful decor.

Summary: Shower leaks. So the bathroom floor has a puddle of water. Plus the shower door won’t stay closed which only add to the growing pool of water from the leak. The exhaust fan doesn’t work in the bathroom. Honestly the bathroom layout is not well planned. The door hits the toilet and blocks it from opening all the way so you have to squeeze past it to go to the bathroom or take a shower. No matter how many times you say no cleaning the cleaners keep coming trying to clean the room. There is no rubbish bin in the room which seems a bit weird. The fire alarms kept going off. With all the construction there are loud noises and bad smells all day if the windows are open. This can start as early as 6:30 am. Towels and linens are soft very nice. Big comfy duvet. Water pressure in shower very good.

Summary: Charming small hotel in lively downtown. Food is excellent, both the included breakfast and the dinner at the attached restaurant. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Only complaint is as this is in downtown L'Aquila, so it is pretty noisy at night.
