Summary: Pretty nice place with lots of potential. Didn't visit the restaurant because it's France but looked ok from outside. Room was a little cramped, had to repair the shower myself with my tools. Most disappointing was the wifi. Unable to stream anything because they seemingly use string and cup broadband. Maybe it was just my room location but I saw a Wifi Access point just outside and still shockingly poor internet speed. Unusable. Had to use my data to stream any video. It's 2021, come on.

Summary: This hotel, chosen solely for its convenient location, exceeded expectations. The accommodation is pleasant and spacious in ground-floor chalets and the restaurant was excellent and clearly popular. I have no view on the local area (the outskirts of Toulouse) but would certainly choose this hotel again if I needed to stay in the area.
