Summary: Everything actually looked clean. Unfortunately the room smelled like old sweat - emanating from 3 of the pillows. I used the one that did not smell. Breakfast included was a nice touch. Not too much choice, but did the trick, I suppose. Got to pick up their game!

Summary: Pros: lovely atrium with tons of plants in the pool and hot tub area. Good atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff; clean; decent free breakfast. Easy access to highway. Free parking. Cons: decor is a bit outdated.

Summary: The lobby, pool, and restaurant area were beautiful and well kept. Staff were pleasant, friendly, and organized. The rooms were a good size with amenities such as a mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and your basic toiletries. The rooms were a bit dated and the bathroom tile did not appear entirely clean. The bedding was crisp and clean, however did not breathe well as though made of unnatural fibres. The breakfast included was hot, tasty, and had plenty of options. All in all, would certainly stay again and would recommend to others.

Summary: Had to go down to front desk three times in 3 days because both our key cards stopped working at various times. The last time, was told both should be working, only 1 was. We just made it work- but quite a hassle. There was a LOUD birthday party in a room in basement. The noise on the 2nd floor was crazy. Called down, it got better for a while, but then they turned the music back up. This went on until after 11pm.

Summary: Excellent value for the price. Breakfast was included, the room was very clean, and the pool and hot tub are beautiful. Staff was friendly and pleasant, and the location - so close to the highway, gas station, and convenience store - is really convenient and easy.

Summary: Great atmosphere, not very far from Quebec's main attractions. Very clean, swimming pool and the hot tub spa is a great addition. Great breakfast choices.

Summary: The beds in room 304 were old and hard as a rock. The A/C unit would not stay on and it was warm in the room all night.

Summary: We had a good stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. The location was convenient, and overall it offered a pleasant experience. The breakfast was decent and a nice way to start the day. Overall it worked well for our trip.
