Summary: Unfortunately the property didn’t meet our expectations. The pictures look very different to what’s on the website. The hotel didn’t have a modern feel. Facilities and amenities were very basic. Breakfast was a huge let down; hardly any variety especially for vegetarians. Our room was quite run down in terms of decoration. Peeling walls, outdated plug sockets (half of them did not work). I wouldn’t think this was a four star hotel. Some staff were helpful and polite whereas others weren’t. I’m disappointed with my stay.
