Positive: Breakfast was excellent quality and choices. Underground parking entrance was near the hotel with a secured perimeter, (although the individual garage doors wouldn't lock). Hotel offers a glass of wine per night in lieu of foregoing room service as this helps reduce the environment impact. Cosy double was quite small as the name suggests but big enough for a short stay or for one person longer.
Negative: The lift is very small - one or possibly two persons with their suitcases at a time - so when we arrived as a small group there was a lot of waiting around or climb up the staircase.
Summary: Lovely hotel in a beautiful town.

Positive: We often stay at La Diligence because the hotel is situated in the centre of the town, the staff are always exceptionally polite and helpful, and the rooms are well-appointed and superbly clean. Price-wise it is expensive so we never have breakfast.
Negative: It always meets our expectations.
Summary: We always feel very much at home when we stay at La Diligence and the welcome is always warm.

Positive: Location was excellent and in such a beautiful place. The most helpful staff and could not do enough for us.
Negative: No water in the room, it would have been nice to have filtered coffee offered rather than from a machine, however saying all that it was a very nice breakfast.

Positive: We stayed in room 203 which was delightful with dual aspects. We always enjoy La Diligence every time we stay there. The staff are extremely kind, helpful and personable.
Negative: The only improvement would be a duvet with a higher tog rate or extra blankets.
Summary: All in all we had a wonderful time at La Diligence.

Positive: Right in the middle of pittoresque Obernay, arrived late at night and woke up to wonderful view of the square and pretty townhouses. Comfortable beds and clean room.
Negative: Only bad thing is that breakfast closed already at 10 on a ”Sunday” (26th of december), a little early for a holiday so had to go out to get coffe and croissant.
