Summary: Toilet mirror had toothpaste splashes. Overall the room didn’t feel clean. Breakfast was supposed to be served starting at 5 am so we went to grab something before our flight but we were told they open at 5:30…I spoke with the front desk person and confirmed it was at 5. The servers clearly didn’t want to serve. The pool was nice but service personnel need hospitality training if the hotel wants to step up in quality and service.

Summary: This is an eccentric place, so allow plenty of time to take it all in. There are many nooks and crannies with random, odd, fun stuff to look at. My room was basic but clean. Somehow I ended up with a three-bed-room through my booking app. The beds (in my room) did not have a separate cover sheet, just a blanket. The outdoor seating areas are spacious and covered. The open air restaurant is spacious and the staff is friendly. They did not accept my airline travel voucher to pay for the airport shuttle, but the cost was a minimal $6.

Summary: We liked it so much that we came back to stay a second night. The whole staff was wonderful, and the pool was clean with a nice water temperature. Perfect, the food was on time and always fresh, but customer service was our number one priority, and they delivered.
