Summary: I was not happy with this hotel for a variety of reasons, one of them being the strong smell of cigarette smoke in a non-smoking room. The staff, however, were nice and friendly.

Summary: Staff responsive. Location is good. Close to the train station and the city's pedestrian street. We stayed a few nights before the flight from Pisa. The room seemed clean, but the floor was not very clean, the socks immediately became dirty. Breakfast modest. But they are similar almost everywhere in the region. Appropriate for the price, but can always be better.

Summary: Very convenient for a short walk down town to bars and restaurants. Excellent and helpful staff. 5 minutes walk from the railway station with regular trains to Pisa and Florence (a must to see)
