Positive: The location, the attention to detail by all staff, the friendly atmosphere, the dedication to hospitality principles
Negative: No fridge in the room to keep our milk for our morning coffee. They did provide a kettle and coffee pod machine on request though so that was good.

Positive: We have visited La Perla twice now, and it has exceeded our expectations each time! The recently renovated spa offers more facilities and places to unwind after a long day of skiing. Additionally, the massage was incredible!! We stayed in a Romantica room, which provided gorgeous views of the slopes and the nearby church. Everything about this hotel feels magical. The La Perla team is gracious and welcoming; dining at the hotel is truly a culinary odyssey. Fabio’s cooking is award-winning.
Negative: I have only one complaint: the hotel is far too warm. I have to wear summer clothes to dinner.
