Positive: Receptionist was the most helpful, friendly person. She helped us arrange transport and gave suggestions on places to visit. An tree diamond of a human being.

Positive: Beautiful location, mostly clean and a good value. 15min from Tirano Station for Bernina Train.

Negative: A bit of dust and spider webs in the room, nothing too much, the rest was very clean.
