Positive: Location was superb! We got free upgrade for room with balcony, it was one of the best hotels on this trip. Parking on site was good!
Negative: Nothing to dislike! Room was a bit warm as there was no AC but in cool weather it was not a problem.
Summary: Great value for money, would go again!

Positive: The view from our room was simply stunning! We had a breathtaking panorama of Mont Blanc and Aiguille du Midi—it was truly mesmerizing. The room was cozy and warm, and the staff was always happy to assist with any requests. Upon our request, they kindly provided us with a kettle, for which we were very grateful, as having access to hot tea at any time of the day or night is especially important to me in winter. ☕❄️ The hotel also offers parking for €17 per day and a pet stay fee of €10 per night.
Negative: Everything was good! 😊 However, it would be nice to have more toiletries available. The room only had two small pieces of soap and an all-in-one unisex product in the shower—it wasn’t clear whether it was a gel or shampoo. It would be great to have at least a hair conditioner and maybe a small hand cream as well. 💙

Positive: An excellent location just off the main pedestrianised street and a private car park. The room was very clean with excellent views of the mountains. The breakfast was reasonable with a range of choices.

Negative: We booked a double bed but we were given twin beds together (it would be better to know this before the booking). The room was not cleaned when we left the green notice asking to do the room (211). We left our luggage in reception to be picked up later, and it was difficult to get it back as we were given wrong instructions to collect it and we almost missed our bus.
