Positive: Comfy bed, nicely renovated - pool area lovely !!! Will defineately return but in a better room not over the carpark and restaurant
Negative: Unfortunately we had a room above car park and noisy restaurant - couldn't get to sleep and then restaurant cleaners came in at 3am every morning, Will return but not in rooms 100/101/102 or 103

Positive: The hotel was well located to beach, shops and restaurants. The heated pool and outdoor furniture were great. It was a room with a balcony overlooking the river which was a very pleasant place to spend time.
Negative: The provision of free pool towels would have been appreciated. The shower towels were worn and one even had a hole! Although we mentioned to a staff member that the fan in the bathroom wasn’t running in the morning at shower time it was not rectified, therefore our bathroom became full of condensation.
Summary: A very good stay and would recommend Hotel Laguna.

Positive: The pool area was fantastic for August sun and low 20c temperature! A real sun trap which was lovely but also lots of umbrellas
Negative: We had river facing studio so no direct sun light.
Summary: Studio good for a short stay. Apartments looked good particularly north facing.
