Positive: A fantastic team of staff - they could not have been more helpful! The hotel was lovely and spotlessly clean. The views were magnificent from the balcony and from the pool.
Negative: If I had to pick one thing I would change it would be that bar area could be a little cosier but the lovely staff made up for it and made us very welcome!

Negative: Hello, Everything was good at the hotel, but there were two issues. First, at the end of the first day, the cooling system broke down, and they gave us a fan. Second, there was neither drinking water nor an electric kettle in the room, which is not suitable for a 4-star hotel. The breakfast was excellent.
