Summary: Room not properly cleaned after smoking guests. I arrived late in the evening, and noticed a strong smell of detergents and went to bed. Next morning chemical smell had disappeared and I could smell smoke. A hotel like yours should not release a room before it iis checked that such smells are over

Summary: The property was ok. The staff was unfriendly. We traveled overnight and were extremely tired but upon calling were told there were no early check-ins allowed (although the site specified that upon paying 200 you might be able to check in early). There was a table of finger foods set out and I started to pick up something and was told that I could not eat that. That was for a conference. I was surprised by the lack of tact of that individual. I am sure most of what was left was thrown away. Overall, the room was ok, but the staff was very unfriendly.
