Positive: The balcony is facing Geneva lake and the hotel is surrounded by Vineyards Terrace. It is really beautiful. It is convenient for self drive.

Positive: Nice scenery as advertised. Good air conditioning, great for summer. Interconnecting rooms perfect for family. Room is well-insulated and very clean but bed mattress is not the best (it makes noises). Breakfast is good, the staff was friendly to meet individual requests.

Negative: The Lavaux guest travel card is only provided upon request. The receptionist did not even mention about it during check-in. Make sure that you ask, otherwise it will be missed. The hotel location is catastophic for guests travelling by trains - we had to carry heavy luggages and baby strollers up the demanding stairs from the railway station, then cross a busy road without traffic light or pedestrian crossing to reach the hotel. Is this even acceptable from the road safety perspective? I wonder if the hotel can escalate the issue and improve road safety for travellers.

Summary: Comfortable stay but inconvenient (only stairs, no pedestrian crossing from station)
