Positive: I liked the pictures of old Bugattis on the walls adding some authenticity to the hotel other than just the name. Great check-in experience and nice hotel room. Location is great in Molsheim, not too far from the train station, also there are supermarkets nearby. Even though, I wrote a lot of characters in the "What didn't you like?" section, my overall experience was great and I would still stay in Hotel Le Bugatti the next time I'm around Molsheim.
Negative: On the hotel page on Booking.com "Bicycle rental (Additional charge)" is mentioned, which is not correct. The hotel does NOT have bicycles to rent. When I asked about it they told me about a place called "evindezvous" in Dorlisheim, which is about 20 minutes walk from the hotel. I went there to learn that they don't offer this service anymore, they have no bikes to rent. In my opinion, hotels should not list a third party's service on their page because it is deceptive. Why don't you list "Car rental (Additional charge)" on your page and just direct hotel guests to Strasbourg Airport? My checkout eperience was not great. I had an early flight from Strasbourg Airport, so early that I couldn't simply take a train there, therefore I called an Uber. By the way, they could list Uber as "Airport shuttle (Additional charge)" on their hotel page :-) Needless to say that when I went down to the reception to check out there was noone at the reception. Even after multiple knocks on the window and saying "Bonjour" several times, noone appeared while my Uber driver was waiting for me. I expected a quick checkout because my room was already paid for, so I expected that I basically return my room key and au revoir. I found the night watchman in a different room which I believe is the breakfast room and called him to the reception. He was courteous but his English was lacking and told me the room price and that I still have to pay. I tried to tell him that I already paid it and even looked up the Booking receipt to show him proof. He was not convinced and asked for my credit card just in case, which I refused. I was also anxious that I would miss my flight if this lasts longer. He then opened the hotel gates which are locked for the night so I could leave with my Uber.

Positive: Very friendly staff - large protected car parc (with charging facilities)- about 1,5 Km from the city centre - good location - clean rooms - nice complete breakfast.
