Summary: The design of the hotel, the rooms and the spa is amazing. We just thought that the personal was not super welcoming. When we came with questions to the front desk they were answered but we felt like we were bothering the receptionist.

Summary: First time in Font Romeu and this was a lovely place to relax. Ideally placed in the centre of the town it was easy to walk to bars and restaurants. Not everything was open due to it being between the seasons and with Covid 19 on top of that.

Summary: We had a Fantastic stay for 2 nights in this hotel. The beds were very comfortable. Service was exceptional. First time in Font Romeu where both my children were taught how to ski and snowboard. Not so easy for a couple of fair-weather California kids!! The additional reasonable cost for breakfast was well worth it. The spa on the 6th floor terrace was such a nice treat in the midst of winter sitting in a hot spa watching snow fall. FANTASTIC!

Summary: We were a family of 2 adults and 1 child, we had a lovely rooms quite large, the Staff were friendly and very helpful, the relaxation area is a great benefit after a days skiing lovely Jacuzzi Sauna room and a small pool to relax in, the hotel is situated in the centre of the town with easy access to restaurants and bars, lovely clean service every day. the WiFi was excellent with a very good streaming bandwidth even for movies, Would definitely come back to this hotel again.

Summary: Very nice family hotel. Very professional and kind staff. Rooms clean and well equipped. hotel situated in the city centre and just two steps from ski station. Worth recommending.

Summary: I have stayed at this hotel several times, both in summer, fall and winter, and every time it is a pleasant and affordable option when I am doing something in the Pyrenees area - such as the great hiking, proximity to Andorra, snowsports, etc. The hotel is always clean and has a nice view from the roof, morning breakfast is nice. Negatives are that the hotel has very limited amenities like no room service, there may be a restaurant but I am not sure when it's open as I have never seen it functioning, there is no bar and not much of a lobby to speak of. In other words if you are looking for a hotel with amenities this may not be it. However for a quick and convenient stopover during mountain road trips I recommend it.
