Positive: It is a nice resort, lot of leisure options, midget golf, tennis, swimming pools etc. Forest around, walking and biking routes, little creek running through it, no highways close, good to get a rest. The restaurant was very nice and fairly priced. The staff at the reception and at the brasserie are genuinely very kind, friendly and helpful. All our compliments to them!
Negative: The internet was pretty bad to non-existent during our stay. The reception said it was temporary. But well, honestly, 3 tvs in your apartment without internet... It does not work for families with modern kids. All basic things are solid, but there is a general lack of care for detail, small things not fixed, like missing air vents, light bulbs or clocks that run out of battery etc. Avoid the child menus in the brasserie, give your children a proper meal from the card.

Positive: Size of the room. Nice balcony with garden and pool view. Location: Not far from the Vennbahn route in Waimes. Garage for bicycles availale.
Negative: At the outdoor pool there is only one single ladder to enter, the top rung is bent and I don't know if it can withstand my overweight. I also don't know if I can stand there, because depth information is missing. At the outdoor pool, a discret clock is missing, so that I can arrive for table reservations in time. The overall positive impression is significantly overshadowed by the fact that the staff – apart from a receptionist and a well educated waiter – wants to speak exclusively French with the guest. The menus are only very incompletely translated into foreign languages. I feel very uncomfortable. As a frequent traveler, I have never ever experienced anything like this anywhere in the world. That's why I'm not returning to that resort.
Summary: Do NOT visit this resort unless you speak French language!

Positive: The resort is on a very nice remote location within the forest. It is really quiet and you can find your rest here with the fresh air from the nature. The staff is really friendly and the vibe is good. We had a standard room for 2 persons which is just big enough for the 2 of us. The shower was hot and comfortable and the beds were also of good quality. They have a spa (swimming pool, hot steam room and a jacuzzi) which was wonderful and very relaxing.
Negative: The breakfast was available from 08:30 and not earlier. That was late for us as we wanted to start early with the hiking in the environment.
