Negative: Unfortunately, the bathroom door didn't close properly. Furthermore, there was a rather unpleasant smell in the common hallway on the pirate floor (I think it was from the carpet).

Positive: Perfect location, helpful staff.
Negative: Rooms are terrible. The hotel in 21st century, in Europe, offering expensive rooms without air conditioning nor even a ventilation? Sounds like a joke. The rooms stinks due to this, so everybody has to open the window, unless it is raining and humid outside. Bathoroom with a curtain in the bath? Really? Sounds like motel, not hotel for families with kids. The rooms are really small, so don't trust pictures.
Summary: Dissapointed for given price, just perfect location.

Positive: Nice place to stay if you’re visiting Legoland. You can access Legoland directly, 30 minutes before the official opening. There are many LEGO play areas in the hotel, and small LEGO sets are provided as gifts in the room. The staff were very kind and answered all our questions. Breakfast was excellent!
Negative: However, there was a bad smell in the bathroom. The kids’ bed had two levels, but I wouldn’t allow them to sleep on the upper one — it didn’t look safe at all (just a small barrier).
