Positive: The staff is amazing, super friendly and helpful. We had some additional requests and get full assistance with them. The location is very good, the only issue is that access to the sea is not direct, you need to go around the area closer to the sea which takes 3-5 mins maximum. The food is good, breakfast consists of homemade (usually local) food which was tasty and we really enjoyed it. Highly recommend this hotel, we think this one of the best options to pick in the area for price/quality.

Positive: It’s obvious that the owner invested lots of time and energy into the hotel and continues to nurture good vibes. Key points: 1. The hotel is very well located and quiet during the night, we barely heard any noise which was a pleasant discovery for us as earlier we had always experienced this problem in Kobuleti. 2. The room was cleaned every single day, with towels replaced - very much appreciated and big thanks to the cleaning team. 3. Nice usage of the hotel territory - a terrace overviewing the seaside which is a nice spot for a chat, the yard has a cosy swimming pool along with chairs for reading. Right next to the hotel there is a grocery and pharmacy. 4. Breakfast! Many thanks to the kitchen crew, the breakfast was varied every day. Freshly baked pastry, choice of cheese and breakfast options from boiled eggs to stewed bell peppers.

Negative: Small suggestions that will help the hotel stand out: 1. It would be nice to add a garbage bin to the room as currently there is only one in the bathroom which is not enough for all the waste. If extra ones are added to rooms, there is no need to overfill the small ones in the bathroom. 2. Network connection was pretty weak in the rooms facing mountains but it may be an individual issue. We had to use mobile network. 3. The Terrace can partially be covered with a roof (suggested improvement for the future), then there’s no need to interrupt a chat in case of rain.

Summary: Very nice family hotel to ensure you have good rest

Positive: It was an excellent apart-hotel. We stayed in a deluxe room for three guests. The staff were exceptionally polite, courteous, cheerful, and welcoming. Breakfast was simple and homemade, the atmosphere calm and friendly, and the room impeccably clean. We sincerely appreciate your warm hospitality and look forward to returning in the future.

Positive: My daughter and I had a fantastic long weekend at this family-run hotel. It is immaculately clean, every detail is carefully planned and the owners take pride in making sure your stay is enjoyable. It is centrally located near the beach and restaurants. We had a really nice view of the Black Sea feom our room. We will definitely return next time we are in Kobuleti.
