Positive: I stayed at Hotel Lival from Sunday night through Tuesday afternoon with my dog after moving to Gdańsk, and honestly it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I liked it so much that even though I now have my own apartment in Gdańsk, I’m already planning to come back for Christmas. There’s something about the place the beach, the atmosphere, the comfort that just clicks for me. I also want to highlight the staff because they made the stay even better! The bartender with dark hair was awesome every time I came down, and the entire front desk team went above and beyond during my stay. I asked for everyone’s names so I could mention them properly, and I hope I caught everyone: Alicja, Magda Z., Natalia, and Justyna. All of them deserve a huge congratulations. Their friendliness, professionalism, and patience made the whole experience feel personal and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to help me. Even coordinating movers, helping translate, and giving insight into the city. I cannot say enough good things and I hope the management gives them the recognition. If I accidentally missed anyone from management or the front office who was working during those days, please know that everyone I interacted with was outstanding. I’m really looking forward to staying with you all again for the holidays.
