Summary: After staying at livemax for a week, I would say it is good for business purposes : close to the station and a few restaurants, clean and functional with a helpful staff even when there appeared to be a misunderstanding about my non smoking preference. The rooms are small, but it was exactly what I was expecting from a cheap business hotel.
