Summary: The room we were initially given was very poorly maintained with a leaky AC, a broken door lock, the safe locked openal and the iron literally taped back together. After changing rooms at 2am due to the AC leaking on a bed things improved but these issues were not surprising to the hotel and still were not addressed.
