Positive: Exceptional customer service! We were offered to choose a room upon check-in, and the view from the fourth floor was just great. The room looked cozy and clean, and there were both a ceiling fan and an air conditioner. The breakfast was very good as well: some meets and cheeses, pastries, spreads, yogurts, fresh fruit and vegetables, juices and a coffee machine. The hosts were extremely kind, friendly and helpful in different questions. We are bit sad that our knowledge of Italian is almost non -existent, so we couldn't keep much of a conversation with the owners. But if you don't know any Italian either, the language of gestures and online translators will help for sure :)
Negative: Water pressure in the shower was slightly lower than preferred. The room was on the fourth floor, however, so it just might be the matter of height.

Positive: Hygiëne, friendliness and helpfulnes of the owner. We had a pleasant stay. The room was fine – not ultra-modern, but comfortable and tidy. We did miss having coffee and tea-making facilities in the room, which would have made it a bit more convenient. The beds were a bit firm for our taste, but if you like that, they’ll suit you well. The hostess was very friendly and gave us helpful tips about the area. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained, which we really appreciated. The breakfast buffet was generous, with something for everyone – both sweet and savory options. There are some nice restaurants in the nearby towns for lunch or dinner. Giuncarico Terme was originally a spa town, but most of the hotels are now closed, so there isn’t much going on directly in the area. Still, it’s a peaceful base for exploring the Southwest of Toscane.
Negative: Nothing important. Maybe the hard beds and the fact that you do need to go everywhere by car.
Summary: Absolute very nice place to stay whilst exploring the South of Toscane.

Positive: Just wanted to share how much we’ve enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Initially we were only going to stay a few nights, and planned on staying at multiple hotels during the duration of our trip to Italy. We ended up extended our stay here for the majority of our trip. The staff have been nothing but friendly and accommodating. The rooms and hotel in general is extremely clean and well kept. The food is delicious, offering a variety of different foods. Also, the hotel is located directly next to a bus stop making it incredibly easy to travel. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you to all the staff.
Summary: Could not recommend this place enough. Amazing!!!!

Positive: The place is clean and tidy, the breakfast is very satisfying, the location is fine in my opinion. There is private parking on site and the area seems safe. It is possible to book a place in the spa, although we did not take advantage of it. The staff is very kind and helpful.
Negative: The staff does not speak English, and Google Translate solved the problem.
