Summary: The staff is beyond excellent. The location is excellent. Unfortunately the hotel is showing signs of age: cracked tiles all over the bathroom, no water pressure in the bathroom, toilet doesn't flush properly. There was an ironing board but no iron. It is beautifully decorated but some things don't work. Our bedside lamp had no electrical plug to plug it into. It looks great in pictures but not a top notch hotel.

Summary: Pros: The property is beautiful, with a great rooftop deck (which could be better utilized with more furniture) and discounted parking nearby. Lots of steps. Very nice, helpful staff. Cons: Only 2 outlets per room. Very noisy. No AC and very hot in April. Shower pressure is very weak, and it takes a long time to get hot water. WiFi service is terrible: slow and unreliable (much better at the hotel across the street and all the nearby restaurants). Could use some refreshing/remodeling.
