Positive: Clean room, clean bathroom, very helpful staff. Large bathroom, spacious room. Location next to the city swimming pool and close to boutiques and restaurants.

Negative: No bad remarks for a bit outdated interior. However, the rooms are not fully sound proof, typical for an old villa. Guest here are generally quiet though.

Positive: Everything was clean, lady at the reception was nice, breakfast was tasty, location near city center is great.

Negative: Toilet door was extremely loud when closing. We told the staff during checkout and they promised to fix it. There is no air-conditioning because it is a historical building.
